Yes. LOSPay uses end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), OTP and complies with PCI DSS and GDPR standards to protect your data and transactions.
Yes. Freelancers and individuals can use LOSPay with personal verification. For advanced features like bulk payouts or API access, business registration is required.
International Payments
Yes. LOSPay supports cross-border payments to select African and global markets. Currency conversion fees may apply.
We currently support XAF, USD, EUR, and GBP. More currencies are being added regularly.
Yes. LOSPay provides real-time FX rates and automatic conversion during international transfers.
Developers & API
Yes. Our RESTful API allows you to integrate LOSPay into your website, app, or other platforms. Visit LOSPay API documentation.

Absolutely. LOSPay’s API supports bulk payouts, scheduled transfers, and webhook notifications. (Coming Soon)
We use API keys with HMAC-SHA256 signatures. OAuth2 is coming soon.

Yes. You can initiate MTN and Orange Money payouts via our API in Cameroon.

Payments & Transfers
We support mobile money (MTN, Orange), bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and LOSPay wallet-to-wallet payments.
- Mobile money: Instant
- Bank transfers: 1–3 business days
- International payouts: 2–5 business days depending on destination
Yes. Limits vary by account type and verification level. You can view your limits in the dashboard under “Account Settings.”
Fees & Pricing
- Local transfers: 2.75%
- International transfers: 5.9% + FX fee
- Card payments: 7.5%
- Wallet-to-wallet: Free
No. LOSPay has no setup or monthly maintenance fees. You only pay per transaction.

Troubleshooting & Support
Check your transaction history and ensure your recipient details are correct. If unresolved, contact support by generating a ticket on your dashboard or Live Support
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. For added security, enable 2FA after resetting.
